Why not have a go at colouring in your very own Busy the Bee?
Things to do
Busy the Bee wants to share a few new Easter jokes which he hopes will make you smile:
Q: What do you call a rabbit that tells good jokes?
A: A funny bunny!
Q: Why did the Easter egg hide?
A: Because he was a little chicken!
Q: How does the Easter Bunny keep his fur tidy?
A: By using a hare brush!
Q: How do you know that carrots are good for you?
A: Have you ever seen a rabbit wearing glasses?
Busy the Bee has also heard a lovely poem about Easter:
Easter is coming,
Spring is on its way
Hens getting ready,
For eggs to lay
Flowers all growing,
Bright and tall
Little lambs born,
Fluffy and small
A time for hope
And a time for prayer
And warmer air
The Easter Bunny
And chocolate treats
Egg rolling, hunts
and lots of treats!
Now that the weather is getting warmer why not head outdoors and enjoy a lovely walk whilst spotting the first signs of spring. There are lots of things you can look out for - new born lambs, buds on trees, snowdrops, catkins, crocuses and daffodils.
Why not warm up afterwards indoors and do some lovely spring crafts. Here are some ideas you might like to try.
3. Why not grow a cress head in half an eggshell. Just take and empty half eggshell and carefully wash it and leave it to dry. When dry decorate the outside of the shell with a smiley face and then pop a wet cotton wool ball inside of it and some cress seeds. Enjoy watching the hair grow!
Have fun little bees! I'll be back with lots more jokes and crafty ideas soon.
